Watch Your Step (the "app") has no server run by the developer, and the developer does not receive your personal information. The ads and Game Center described below are handled by Google and Apple respectively.

1. Data stored on your device — Game records (progress, unlocks, the Bestiary, a run in progress, settings) are stored only on your device. They are never sent to the developer and are removed when you delete the app.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob) — A rewarded ad from Google AdMob is loaded only when you choose "Watch an ad" on the Dig Site screen (once a day). The app requests non-personalized ads only, never asks for tracking permission (ATT) and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA). To serve the ad, Google may process information such as your IP address, device and app information and ad interactions — see Google's advertising policies and Google's Privacy Policy. If you don't choose to watch an ad, no ad is loaded.
3. Game Center (Apple) — If you are signed in to Game Center on your device, your score and earned achievements are sent to Apple Game Center at the end of a run to show leaderboards and achievements. This is handled by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy. The developer receives nothing beyond your Game Center nickname and scores.
4. Sharing — If you tap "Share", an image and text of your run result are handed to your device's share sheet. You choose where they go; the app does not store or transmit them.
5. Analytics · accounts — The app has no analytics and no account sign-up or sign-in of its own.
6. Children — The app is not directed at children, and the developer does not receive personal information from users of any age.
